6. SMS Messaging Program
Rockhound Masonry offers an SMS text messaging program consisting of general conversational messaging to answer questions and provide support to customers. The following terms and conditions apply to that program:

Opt-Out. You can cancel SMS messages at any time. Simply text “STOP” to the phone number from which you received messages. After you send the SMS message “STOP,” we will send you a confirmation message that you have been unsubscribed, after which you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you wish to begin receiving messages again, simply sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

Carrier Liability. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Message and Data Rates. Message and data rates may apply to messages sent to you from us and from you to us. Message frequency may vary based on communication needs. If you have questions about your text or data plan, please contact your wireless provider.
Privacy. Any personal information collected in connection with the SMS messaging program, including mobile opt-in and consent, is handled in accordance with this Policy.
7. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, including to provide services, maintaining business and tax records, and comply with legal obligations. When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to securely delete or de-identify it.
